We used them for a pack and move service. They arrived the day before completion to start packing, before loading the vans on the completion day.Pros:Highly responsive, friendly, well priced, got the job done!Cons:Very late leaving the property we had sold on the date of completion. Should have done more packing the day before/planned slightly better. It was embarassing to be keeping the new owners of our old house waiting for so long.

From first contact to the van driving away, I've been mightily impressed! Perhaps not totally straight forward, an art studio move from ground floor to second floor, but all was done with timely efficiency, and care - nothing damaged (apart from one grazed knuckle!). A brilliant service, very impressed with Mike and Nick.Completed an online enquiry on a Sunday evening, received a call back within 10 minutes. They moved the furniture 2 days later with a time frame to suit myself. Upon arrival they were friendly and professional, went above and beyond to assist with reassembling the furniture. Would highly recommend as a removal company.

Very impressed with Strongman Removals. We managed to get lucky with booking them at short notice. Mike came out to our house and surveyed what we needed to move and explained all about what would happen on moving day - which was helpful as this was a new experience for us. We found it very helpful and made us feel easier that there was always somebody we could reach by phone. On the morning we received a call letting us know what time to expect them and they arrived on time. The two lads, Ben and Raj, were great, helpful to us and worked incredibly hard to get us all moved. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks!

We were really impressed with Strongman Removals.The whole team were absolutely fab. Such a lovely group of guys who were friendly, polite, helpful and just a pleasure to have around on such a stressful day for us! Nothing was too much trouble and I really would recommend them to any friends and family that need a removals company in the future.Nick was great at explaining what the plan of action was and also letting us have our time to take in our new house before the unloading began, even though it was later in the day when we finally got our keys. Can not speak highly enough of this business.Our move was not perfect, with a lot of let downs by other parties meaning our move date changed numerous times - but Strongman did not let us down at all.Clear with their communication, early to the job and all the pressure of moving was taken away along with some laughter as well. On the day. We really can’t thank you enough and if we were ever to move again then they would be my 1st call.Thank you for making the experience of moving actually quite enjoyable!

Almost three months on from my last interaction with Strongman Removals, and I am still being negatively impacted. A disgrace of a company, who I urge anyone with any sense to avoid. Unprofessional, disorganised and have left me with damaged furniture and out of pocket.Details below for anyone who fancies a long read!I used Strongman Removals for a house move into storage, and then a move from storage into my new home. The quote process was great, and Mike (who I assume owns the business) was a pleasure to deal with.The first move was fine - no issues at all. Arrangement of storage was also fine.The second move out of storage (18 Mar 2021) was a very different story indeed.I had keys to my new home already - and had to reiterate this three times over the phone to Beverley whilst arranging removal out of storage.Having been told to expect the team at around 11am on the 18th, I had planned the little support I had available to me, for that time. At 12.15 I called to ask how long they might be and was told, by Beverley, that they would be with me for 1pm at the latest.I called a few more times over the next four hours and was told that in fact my 11am slot had been pushed back to 2pm, but no one had thought to let me know. I was told there were issues with forklifts. I was told that neither Mike nor Beverley had any real idea what was happening and that they were as baffled as me as to where your team were.The removals team finally arrived five hours later than expected, and were very puzzled indeed as to why there had been so much confusion because they had been sent on two jobs that day and would not have made it to me by 11am or 2pm.There HAD been a delay while they photographed damage to my furniture, and they explained that this had arisen because of how badly packed it was by the previous team.The team finally left me at 19:00, which left me having to take a days unpaid leave the next day, which was spent unpacking and discovering damage to a fabric snuggle chair which had been packed uncovered, a lamp, a wardrobe, a large wooden unit, and a 1 inch deep scratch on my 50" TV screen.I received a very unsatisfactory email response to my complaint from Mike Jones - which really only served to refer me back to their Ts&Cs.This response did not contain an apology, and I have not had a single phone call from him - preferring to leave Beverley to have to deal with me.This is the reason for my absolute disgust with his company - not the delays, or even the damage.

Moving day is always stressful but definitely not with these guys. They arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful to me. A couple of bits of furniture had to be dismantled and the guys were happy to do this and then re-assemble at the other end. I would definitely use again. If I could give them more stars I would!

100% fantastic experience start to finish!Beverly was exceptional with the telephone interactions, she is knowledgeable, understanding and willing to help with even the most trivial queries.I had a very professional video call with Mike who assessed our moving needs and provided us with a highly competitive quote. I highly recommended taking the boxes Mike supplies as they are far stronger and better quality then any other I found.On moving day, John and Aaron were the cherry on the cake! They turned up before time, were extremely professional and treated our items with the greatest of care and respect.Thank you so much to all at Strongman for making our move an enjoyable experience! After a a super stressful search for a removals company on the 18th December, I came across Strongman Removals who luckily had one slot available for such a busy date. From the get go they were super responsive, and really understanding about our date not being confirmed until last minute. I highly recommend them! Everyone was so lovely, and they were so speedy with packing up our house! They made the day go smoothly despite some troubles we had with completing!

Can't recommend these guys enough. From start to finish they were such a support during what I can only describe as a very stressful time. We were given one weeks notice to move and Mike was on the doorstep with boxes within hours and fit us in, so we could move on the day given to us. They were so professional throughout the day despite being delayed on the hottest day of the year, and left waiting! Nothing was a problem and didnt leave until we were all settled in. Smashing job and a great team of guys, who we were thoroughly thankful to! Not that I ever want to, but if i were to move again, they'd be my first port of call and i have recommended them to everyone.Thank you all again!

I have always hired a van and moved house myself, but never again thanks to the team at Strongman Removals & Storage. They were brilliant from start to finish. Myself and my partner moved from Kidderminster to Norwich and were very nervous about letting other people handle our precious belongings. I had Mike come over and give me a quote, he was patient, attentive and empathetic which helped put our nerves to rest. He took his time to explain to us what would happen on the day, their insurance coverage and offered to supply boxes and tape and everything in between at a fair price. We were quoted just shy of £800 for the whole move which after receiving quotes from other removal firms was the most reasonable. On the day, they were punctual, polite and committed to the job like a duck to water. They took extra care with sentimental items, wrapping them in protective material before being loaded. Some of the most professional work I've come across and definitely 10/10 on customer service. I would strongly recommend to use them for removals. I'll be keeping their number for the future 👍
